The Department of Home Science organized a workshop on “Preserve the Flavor” on April 24, 2026. Ms. Mansi, from Yash Food Productions, served as a resource person.
She provided useful information to the students on food preservation and the making of jams and pickles. Twelve students from B.Voc. Food Science & Quality Control participated in the workshop.
